As a
first time homeowner, the prospect of buying a new home in a new state is
quite intimidating. I am from Maryland, and moved to Arkansas for work, and
wanted to have a stake in my new town by purchasing a home. While doing home
research, I came up on Steven’s website. He was initially very helpful and
appeared to be knowledgeable about the area. Turns out he was. Plus, Steven
was very quick to action and respected the short deadline that I had for the
entire home-buying turnaround period. I only had one and a half weeks to find
and buy a home!
I
flew down to Fayetteville. Before we began looking, he noted “We’ll start
at the best houses and work our way down.” He understood what I was looking
for, and could even rank what he thought I would like the best. He was right.
I ended up buying that first home.
When
it came to signing on the house, he was very helpful. When an unexpected
expense came up, he offered to cover it for me (out of his own pocket!). He
also negotiated w/ the realtor to allow me to move into the home before
signing. As I mentioned, the turn-around period for the move was extremely
short, so I needed somewhere to live. And, since my furniture wasn’t set to
arrive for a couple days before the move-in, he even offered to let me use his
air mattress!
My
experience with Steven was more than just a realtor. He was more driven by my
satisfaction in the home I would be living in for years than just getting a
check. I value the personal customer service that I received. Even the selling
agent noted that Steven was one of the best realtors that she has the pleasure
to work with. I agree- he is one of the very best realtors in the area!

As first-time homebuyers/investors, we faced many challenges in finding
the right property. We were living overseas and needed a
trustworthy, patient, and diligent individual to assist us. Steve not

When my husband and I decided to move to Arkansas from across the country I started wondering, how in the world I would ever find a trustworthy real estate agent in a place where I knew no one. I searched the web and found an agent and tried working with her for a couple weeks but, she was just not willing to take any time with me. So, my search started again. Then I found Steve.
